The clothes are super and good price but if you need it to return something, forget it. It is a pity as setting up a return process is key to building up trust in buying with them. They will lose clients

No refund given for items sent back 6 weeks ago.
I Ordered many items( winter clothes for my sons) the middle of November & have ordered with them before so didn’t realize how bad they are… Until I sent items back… They have not refunded me & are not replying to my emails.
On top of that they had summer/Autumn clothes in the winter section which were my returned items.
