Awful customer support online. No reply and items have not arrived.
Bought a few items worth more than 300 euros online by end of November 2023. Back then, the website was saying 2-4 weeks. That timeline is gone and the items did not arrive. Already sent multiple emails, tried to contact the number on the website plus physical stores and contacted the official page on Instagram... no reply. Now, the website seems to be down. Hope it's not the case, but seems like I just got scammed.
