they doubled their price. I didn't get a renewal warning email. When cancelled my account just after renewal they refused to do any sort of refund.

Very powerful yet easy to use
I've been using Klipfolio's second cheapest subscription for almost three years now and I'm still shocked a tool this awesome is available for so little money. We rely heavily on their business dashboards and (with very little effort!) import data from Magento, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics and Trustpilot, which we effortlessly turn into beautiful visualisations. Throughout our whole office we have Raspberry Pi's with 4K-displays attached displaying Klipfolio dashboards with realtime revenue data, recent reviews, etc.
Klipfolio's help center is a little difficult to navigate and could certainly improve UX-wise, but their customer service replies very fast. What I like about Klipfolio is that their tool is under constant construction. Nowadays we have so much more data processing power & convenience than we had three years ago. Meanwhile we don't pay a penny more.
