Unacceptable
I'm saving out my hair after a short haircut. Asked for the lengths to be smoothen out and to be fine adjusted. Even showed reference images. The hairdresser cut it uneven and sharp. Trying to make it even she ended up cut my last 6 months of saved hair off together with an extremely bad haircut... At least I didn't have to pay. But I lost a lot of hair and now I have to wait to grow it out again to make it even.
