Late delivery and False promise
I ordered a watch 2 weeks back, but I haven't received that yet. I contacted customer service and they told me it is out of stock and it will take.another 2 weeks, so I should wait...
The question is, why do you sell something while it isn't even available and as of today as well they are selling !!When you know it is out of stock and will be in stock only after 15 days why are you selling and why this information is not given to customer.
I read exactly same experience bysomeone,so have similar review comment.
On contacting the customer care, it seems they mention about a message on website which says that" please contact klockia for delivery dates" what this actually means is that it is out of stock and the delivery dates can be anything...

It's sad that you feel that we gave you false promises, that is not our intention.
Let me explain the reason behind this.
Now and then we are lucky to have products that is very popular and has a high demand. Sometimes this means that the supplier re-order from the factory arrives after the products has sold out. This means that it's still possible to order and the product isn't discontinued, just temporary sold out. This is why the status "Contact us for exact delivery time" is published on the affected products.
