Great service
Good service when I contacted them both on phone and mail! Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Not the cheapest place to order from but the fact that they are located in Sweden makes it worth it if the product would break in the future.

Got the watch without box!!
I have ordered a GANT watch, and first they send me the watch without box, with a note that the GANT boxes are finished in Sweden and they will send me later if I want as soon as it come to stock.
After I contacted them about the issue, they sent me the box separatly and immidately, it was not very pleasent to get such product at first hand, but good point was that they send me the box rapidly afterwards without any more excuses.
I suggest that Clockia should check first with customers, if they want to have the watch without box in the next similar situations or not.
