would be 5 stars except the arm band turned out to be black, whereas it looked brown in the picture... and I was looking for and expecting a brown one.
I have ordered from here before this as well, and my previous experience was error free and as with this order, very quick on the delivery side of things.

I oredered 2 pair of watches at the 15th of December and was sure to receive these in about 1-3 days. The 18th of December I contacted you as I had heard nothing from that it had been sent, only an e-mail saying it had been ordered. I checked the clock on your webpage which said "out of order" and it didn't when I ordered it. I contacted you through your customer service e-mail to get a clarfiication on what was going on.

I received an e-mail from your employee Marius which informed the that the order had been paused because of the payment(which I had already paid) was through a irish visa card and needed an explainment on why that was before they could continue. NOTE that I got no e-mail saying that it was paused and needed an explainment until I contact you.

The 19th Marius repsonded that the order was sent and that I would been received in 1-3 days after sent. I've been following the package through the swedish posting system page.

Package has still not arrived and won't until the 27th December. It was suppose to be a christmas gift to my girlfriend which I ordered in time and with the issues you caused with pausing the payment has caused issues for my as I am leaving Sweden 26th of December for Denmark and will miss the package.

I am so disappointed and sad as my hope for this nice gift for my girlfriend and my choosing to shop at your webpage instead of any other have cause me a lot of problems and left me with unsatisfied service of your company. I would like to receive a refund on the order as it have taken way too much time than it would.

Even though the package was sent late, it was sent on the 18th of December which on your website was suppose to be the last date for delivery on time before christmas.

As I said above, the whole process was very efficient. It is very easy to browse through the webpage and choose and examine the watches. However it would be better if more images of the watches are provided in the webpage.

The delivery time was very good (it took around 4 working days for me to get the package). Overall, I am very satisfied with the purchase.
