Ordered a watch and I recognized a little flaw on the strap after 3-4 times wearing it. They immediately sent a new strap and made sure everything was the way it was supposed to be.

quick and professional service
The service was flawless. I called first with some questions about the watch and delivery time and received all the information necessary in a professional and very helpful way. The watch was in stock so I ordered it the same day (Friday) and picked it up at my local post office on Monday. I brought it to one of the Klockmaster stores and they even adjusted the length of the bracelet free of charge.
