Ordered 2 watches and a watchbox, after aprox. 2 mails, 3-4 chat attempts, +5 calls and 30 days Andreas informs me that 1 of the watches could not be delivered due to the watch isn't produced any more. Then he asked me to pick out another watch and once I've found the watch i wanted (same brand and series), that one couldn't be delivered as a compensation product (wanted it as a replacement).

Worst e-commerce experience so far.

On 27 July, I made an online purchase of two watches from them. Almost a month later, no watches. They have the worst customer service on the Internet: the receptionist answers the phone, promises to call back and never does. Andreas, the owner, is very unprofessional. I have reported this company to Konsumentverket and to the relevant department at Uddevalla Kommun, because of where I live. Their chat is offline, the phone is disconnected on many occasions and the lousy, dishonest owner (Andreas) is taking your money and time without delivering. I have written to them on many occasions without a response. It is, by far, the worst company ever. STAY OUT OF IT AND, PLEASE, REPORT IT TO KONSUMENTVERKET as soon as possible.

worst internet shopping ever.no one answers the mail or phone. on the site it said delivery within 2-4 days max 10 days .I have been waiting for 40 days and still nothing.

Bought a watch from Klockson and I believe based on information from Citizen that it is not authentic, then the nightmare started with Andreas at Klockson, No answers, and when finally answered it was only to tell me that he did not have time with me. When being charged at the Swedish authorities he started to answer at least once every two weeks with all different reasons why I was wrong. He wants to keep the money, charge me with even more costs and keep the watch. It came through that he is not authorised citizen but buys from different "suppliers"!!!

Stay away its a scam company!!

Failed to deliver a birthday gift on time.

This company is unprofessional and doesn't have a serious approach towards its customers.

I have ordered over 2 weeks before the birthday event a watch with an engraving. Not only have they failed to deliver it on time, but they don't respond the phones, emails, I am still in touch with Klarna for over a week now to cancel my order, and they still ignore my middle ground offers to have a decent compromise.

On this note, I am not willing to give a single cent to this company. Find another webshop to get a watch you need, people.

Avoid! BAD service, no communication, long waiting time.

On the 30th of May I order a watch as a birthdaygift from there website which they claim they have and I can have it within 1-3 days . I order also with klarna invoice. Thanx God for that, I am glad I did or I would never have seen my money again.
12 days after because nothing happens I go on their website and now they change text to "bestälningsvara och de produkter vi i te har i lagar beställs från leverantören är då ca 2-10 dagar vardagar. Vid längre leveranstider meddelas kunden
omedelbart".Nobody informed/ message me that this was gonna take longer time. Very good service by klockson indeed.
On the 22of June I get a message from klockson that they will ship the watch within 24 hours. On the 24 of June I get a message from Andreas F. That my order was shipped but it was still not traceble. First on the 10 of July the package arrives but since I am on vacation and the birthday have allready passed I cannot collect it so the package goes back to klockson on the 24 of july.
Now two weeks after watch has been returned I am still waiting for the store to contact klarna and delete/regulate the invoice.
They claim on their website when they receive the package it will go one week and invoice will be regulated/ cancelled.
I have mailed them several times without getting any reply or help from them. I can see i am not the only one with this experience here on trustpilot.
I can also se several customers writing that their watches are not authetic. I should have read this reviews before ordering from them. Maybe that is why they have cheaper watches that any other stores.
I cannot understand that klarna will affiliate themselves with this store.
If you want to wait for 1 month and 10 days without any communication from them what so ever please order from them. If I could give no stars, I would. I can see that I am not the only one who had this experience. It is actually better to order from china, you will get better help and it will go quicker.

I have sent a Skagen Melby Watch for repair glass and battery exchange on 6th December 2019 to Klockson.se-this is where I purchased the watch 2 years before.I was notified that the Watch was ready by 23rd December 2019. I received the bill and swished the amount as it was written in the email .On the same day 23rd December I have sent 3 mails several calls when I can receive the watch back but so far I got no reply now it is 23rd January .No reply by mail,they dont answer the phone,basically they disappeared after I paid.Now I have no watch no repair -it was meant to be as a Christmas gift to my boyfriend! NEVER EVER KLOCKSON again!

I searched for a tool that was not available in Spain. They sent it to me even if they normally dont ship to Spain..
