SADLY NO RESPONCE FROM KLOEBER......WE WERE IN EMAIL AND PHONE CONTACT AT THE TIME THE DOORS WERE FITTED BUT NO SATISFACTORY ANSWERS - SHAME

We paid £690 for a survey which was incorrect and resulted in Kloeber's fitter unfairly criticising our builder.
The error has caused the site line to be in the wrong position, extra blockwork and cost was needed.

Kloeber's fitter's attitude was extremely unpleasant.

The wrong coverstrips were sent which caused a delay in completing the job plus another visit for us.

All paperwork was to cover Kloeber and not fair to the customer.....customers are expected to sign documents online without the opportunity to read in detail and no copies sent.

The total cost of the errors by Kloeber without any goodwill or allowance for the bad experience was £1,047. We were insulted when Kloeber offered us £200 which we did not accept expecting an increased offer - but nothing.

The doors were extremely expensive £35k+ and we wrongly expected good a customer service, friendly fitters and a happy experience. Sadly not true

Richard Coowar was exceptionally helpful and supplied a pot or two of touch-up paint for my Kroeber bi-fold doors. He was very knowledgable and his assistance was much appreciated.

I’ve been a big fan of Kloeber for many years. Had two of their external doors fitted a few years ago. The front door recently had an issue with the letterbox.. Called Kloeber and the issue was quickly rectified.. Both Daniel and Arthur are a great credit to this local company.. they provide both excellent sales and aftercare services…always willing to go that extra mile to assist their customers.

Shay and Richard have just fitted our new front door. Lovely guys, polite, helpful and super efficient! Did a fantastic job, excellent service and we love our new door too!

Had an issue with loose door handle, Arthur was super helpful resulting in fixing the problem.

I had a set of Kloeber aluminium bifold doors fitted in 2017 and they are still opening and closing as smoothly as when they were first fitted.
The after sales service is also excellent and responsive.

We've have an aluminium bi-fold door from Kloeber which is no 6 years old. It is a fantastic bit of kit. We recently had an issue with the inside door handle, which both Daniel D (in sales) and Arthur M (in after sales support) responded to very promptly and enthusiastically. Arthur shipped me a new door handle, with written and video instruction. Delighted with the product and the after sales support from Kloeber - thank you.

We have had the best service from Kloeber, great quality windows and the service we received from the fitters was second to none.
We had Tony, Sam, Matt and Mark, you honestly could not get better guys. Not only did they do a brilliant job on the fit of our windows and euro fold door, with the most atrocious weather to deal with, they were genuinely really nice guys. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for great looking windows with excellent service.

Now had 2 doors, French doors and bi-folds fitted by Kloeber. All look great and continue to work well. Shout out to Shay & Richard and Mark N for the latest door fitting....

We had 3 windows and a 3-panel K-Fold door fitted. The products are excellent as was the fitting service. There has been a need for some follow-up support, which has also been quick and efficient.

The initial journey with Kloeber was very pleasant. The office showroom is well equipped with all there offerings, from sliding doors, bifolds, windows and front doors. Chris was extremely helpful and patient in helping us decide upon the sliding doors and bifold doors for our new build home.
For peace of mind we paid for a site survey to ensure the site was correctly prepared for the install in accordance with Kloebers specifications. (These may well differ from your builders opinions so worth getting it right.)

The day of the install (March 27th) saw Tony, Zac, Sam and Matt carry out the install of both our Uber slide doors and Kustom fold bifolding doors. There professionalism on ensuring the fit was good and level meant the doors open and or slide effortlessly.

Unfortunately it’s not all good news though. One of the bifold doors had a scratch in the paintwork and one of the glass panes had a fault in it too. Tony explained both to me and ensured it would be reported back to the office and be resolved asap.

Six weeks went by and we heard nothing. Upon contacting Kloeber we were informed it had been missed on the install report and would be addressed asap.

This turned out to be June 25th some three months after the initial install.

The repair day came and two men from Kloeber arrived to carry out the glass replacement and the scratch repair. When they left the glass had been replaced but the door had not been heel and toed again so didn’t open and close properly, and the scratch was now a dent and looked worse than before. Additionally I had informed Kloeber that I was not happy with all the gold headed wood screws that were on show on our black Uberslide doors and requested they should surely be black to match the frame.

On August 21st another team came to site. This time they managed to correctly heal and toe the door and it now opens and closed very nicely. They didn’t have any filler to fix the dent so couldn’t complete the repair and they offered to paint the screw heads but there paint was a dried up ball in the container they had with them. They did paint one with the touch up paint from my own install kit but it looked rubbish.
Mark arrived to access the situation and agreed the damaged door should be replaced and black screws would be sourced and installed.

As of August 30th we are still awaiting our replacement door and have been told that kloebers supplier can not supply black screws (despite them being readily available on Amazon), but if I buy them, Kloeber will fit them on there next visit, whenever that may be.

All in all it feels like an extremely high quality product that look and perform amazingly but they are let down by a few easy to solve issues that have been poorly handled and led to a rather dampened and as yet incomplete experience.

We’ve just had 5 timber frame windows and a French door fitted. We’re really pleased with the end product and the support from start to end was excellent - from the support to begin with from Toby, to the site survey by Lionel, site logistics from Jäeger and then the installation team (Rees / Zach and Alex). We will use again.

What a fantastic service from Chris Jones (CJ) at Kloeber sales in Huntingdon, a five star service and nothing was too much trouble for him, he got back with any queries I had very quickly and would definitely recommend them to anybody who wants quality windows and doors, the bi-folds are amazing even my builders commented on the quality of them. So thanks CJ for recommending them, can’t sing your praises enough.

We were recommended Kloeber by our friends following their works and we have to say that it's been a great experience from order to fitting. The team keeps in touch with you regularly and helps with any questions. The product is also high quality and looks great.

Just shy of ten years after installation I had a problem with a door locking mechanism. Connor at Kloeber discussed the problem over the phone and provided the solution. Having supplied new components f.o.c. which were easy to fit and now all working as good as new. Thank you.

We have had a few windows and doors from Kloeber over the years and we wouldn’t go to anyone else. When we finally realise our dream of building our own home, this is who will be supplying our windows and doors. My contact has always been Nick Fogg but whoever you deal with, the service is always excellent. After sales was equally good when we had some teething problems. Whatever you are doing in terms of training, don’t change it, as all fitters have been polite, thoughtful and knowledgable. Others companies need to take a leaf out of the Kloeber book.
