I really like using this time tracking software for my business, however, recently my computer died and I had to get a new one. I was able to easily migrated every program over except Klokki. It had my time for multiple projects and I feared losing hundreds of dollars because I would be unable to justify my time. When I opened Klokki on my computer it asked me to key in the multi-numerical code I had received when I purchased it. I searched everywhere and couldn't locate it. I wrote four separate emails to Klokki and never received an answer. Finally out of desperation, I purchased Klokki again, inserted the new code and hallelujah all my hours showed up. However it stung to repurchase Klokki especially now knowing there is virtually NO support. I've kept my code this time!

I really liked the Klokki app when I started using it but it's started crashing when returning to my desk, thus losing all the tracking data for that session. I've tried several times to get a response from the developers but they just ignore my emails.

When the app works, it works well, but with the random crashes it's stopped being something I can rely on.

The application is good overall, but the customer service is just disappointing. I needed to recover my serial number after formatting my Mac, but despite numerous attempts, I didn't receive any response. It's as if they took my money and then ignored me completely. Very disappointing.
