Exactly what we needed
Booking process was easy. I got clear communication regarding who our driver was (and when our driver changed, I got clear communication with that change as well). Our driver must have come a little early and figured things out with the hotel staff because by the time we were at the door, our luggage was already loaded. Our driver took care of loading the luggage for us, getting carts, and unloading the luggage for us. Drive was safe and we were right on time. We shopped too much and had to buy an extra luggage and would have gone over on the airport limo bus limits of 2 per person so this was the alternative. Pricier than the airport limo bus but exactly what we needed.

I couldn't get a single time slot I…
I couldn't get a single time slot I wanted for Shibuya Sky and I literally had it open the second the tickets were released. I even add it into my got when it said it was available and as soon as I went into the cart it told me they were sold out. This was a complete joke.
