Barry phoned within a few minutes of me emailing about problems with 4 door locks. He arranged an appointment for 08:30 the next day and resolved all the problems within an hour. He is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and his charge was very reasonable. Brilliant service. Highly recommended.

I had locks fitted on a house I bought back in September 2023. On 11 February 2024, three masked men attempted to break into my house to steal my BMW M340i. They used blowtorches to try and melt the lock housing on the UPVC doors.

According to the insurance assessor, the only thing that stop them getting through the doors is the locks installed by KLS. I will be grateful to KLS for the rest of my life. I wish I could upload photos.

I highly recommend KLS Locksmiths who provided a first-class, professional and efficient service. They came today to fix an ongoing problem which was sorted straight away, they knew immediately what was wrong and how to fix it without any fuss and in a very polite and courteous manner.

Had KLS do a job for me in Portsmouth and the job was done to a very high standard. I would certainly use again at the drop of a hat. The price charhed was £90 cheaper than the other quotes. Thank you Barry. We will certainly chat again.

A Real Gentleman. Helped my mum with a porch door lock emergency when she found herself locked out and stopped him in the street! Opened the door, sorted out the lock and made sure my mum was confident getting in the door herself. He wouldn't except any money for this service just did it as a friendly gesture. Excellent customer service and I very much recommend this company especially to vulnerable customers.
