Met de Knaekapp bespaar je als student dagelijks op eten, drinken, kleding, uitgaan en meer. Je kunt kortingen gebruiken in je eigen stad, onderweg of online via cashbackdeals. De app is gratis voor alle MBO-, HBO- en WO-studenten in Nederland en België.
Voor extra voordeel kun je kiezen voor een premium lidmaatschap. Het eerste jaar is vaak gratis, bijvoorbeeld als je je inschrijft tijdens de introductiedagen of via de website door zelf €0,02 cent over te maken. Daarna betaal je €30 per collegejaar.

Various discounts all around NL and Belgium. Most useful for drinks and food. Not as much online shopper, but if you are one. Go for it - hundreds of eshops offer extra discount or cashback. Definitely worth it for 25euro/year

Where to start...
Knaek on its own is an excellent platform for getting good deals when it it is paramount to make ends meet.
Read the terms and conditions carefully and you will have a blast.
Good customerservice, albeit crippled by Covid, so be patient.

Refusing to cancel my scription as promised months ago & the worst customer service
Once again contacted the customer service after they once again charged me for a subscription I canceled months ago. They take an average of 6+ days to reply and keep asking questions they should have the info too. Absolutely sick of this company so because I have another customer service thread running that’s absolutely worthless I’m writing another review.
Examples: I send an email with a screenshot of me paying and ending the subscription at once. Agent replies “do you have a screenshot so I can help?”.
Do you guys also not have logs? Systems? Info? Do you need the customer to do everything 3 times for you?
Fix my info! I supplied you with a screenshot of me paying for my last 1 month and then canceling at once. END THE FALSE SUBSCRIPTION, STOP CHARGING ME AND DELETE MY INFO. I HAVE PROOF DO SOMETHING WITH It.
Don’t ask me to call to “talk things out”. I don’t want to talk. End the subscription right now as you promised and don’t contact me ever again.?
Wouter dreigt met niet helpen als ik de klantenservice vraag hun werk te doen. Ik geloof niet dat je onterecht mensen hun abonnement aan mag houden, wanneer er bewijs is dat dit foutief verwerkt is en dan kan weigeren om dit goed te zetten.
Ik heb Wouter netjes gevraagd of hij met mijn aangeleverde bewijs eindelijk er voor kan zorgen mét bevestiging dat mijn abonnement eindelijk op per direct gezet kan worden. Ik hoop dat dit ook eindelijk gedaan wordt, immers heb ik tot nu toe alleen bewijs dat zowel nette e-mails schrijven als boos worden bij dit bedrijf niet helpt.
Als mijn nette verzoek binnen 2 weken opgepakt wordt, dan zal ik deze review op een positieve noot eindigde. Als jullie hier niet aan voldoen, dan kom ik gewoon weer er op terug. Want je kan dreigen wat je wil, maar jullie komen jullie beloftes (na mijn nette e-mails maanden terug!) NIET na en je moet je daar voor schamen. Het probleem ligt niet geheel bij mij, Wouter.
