The Supershakers were absolutely amazing at our wedding!! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! They had everyone dancing from the acoustic set to end of the night demands for 'one more song!' I will be recommending them to everyone I know - we have received so many messages raving about you. Thank you for giving us a truly memorable party at our wedding! Can we do it again??

We booked this band through Knees Up Agency to play at our Christmas Party. They were on the veranda so not particularly warm (tho we did hire heaters) and yet everyone was out there dancing or just enjoying. The singer has a fantastic voice and the lead guitarist is a master. They were great and completely transformed the evening. We would love to have them back.

We booked J.D. Singfield through the Knees Up Agency. The agency were very easy to deal with, and quickly put us in touch with the band directly.

We needed a band for our wedding, and as a big fan of the blues, I was keen to find someone who focused on that genre, rather than did it as a side bar. A friend recommended J.D. Singfield (find him on FB and soundcloud), and listening to the band on-line convinced me they were the right guys for the job...They were lovely to deal with before and at the event. More importantly, they are an awesome, dirty blues band, with a few off piste bits of Hendrix and Zeppelin (the bits that came from he blues!), but mainly focused on Howling' Wolf etc. They clearly gig a lot together, because they are very tight, and all the members (drums, bass, lead, and J.D. on acoustic, harmonica and vocals) are all very well sorted. They played two sets at our wedding, and they went down really well: we had many compliments from our guests, who spanned several generations. There's nothing earnest about their delivery: this is full on, edgy stuff, that will get you out of your seat quickly. I really can't recommend them enough: if you like some raucous blues, hire these guys. You won't be disappointed.

West hired The Supershakers for an acoustic set during the drinks reception of my sister's wedding. The band arrived on time and were really professional, and they played a great set in the sunshine! Would highly recommend Knees Up which and The Supershakers.

We booked The Supershakers through Knees Up Agency for our Wedding Reception and didn't regret it. They were fantastic. On the night The Supershakers played a fantastic set and had everyone dancing, which was a real achievement considering the range of people there. Communication with Knees Up Agency had been great before hand, the band turned up in good time and stayed late and (as I have already said) the Band were great. Really accommodating too when we had to delay their start time as people were still eating. Couldn't be happier 😃

We found Knees Up on Google and they were very efficient and have a wide range of bands. We chose The Coyotes for our wedding, WOW they were amazing, our guests are still talking about them...amazing vocalist and very friendly bunch.
Thanks for helping us celebrate our big day! I have never danced so much, my husband was stunned!!

We wanted to find a special band for our party. We did not want the usual wedding/covers band and found through, Knees Up Agency, exactly what we were looking for. From our initial discussions right the way through until the event everything went according to plan, The Bluegrass Gals lived up to their Knees up profile - excellent musicians, great play list, with eye catching performance. Dan, thank you for making our party a resounding success.

The organisation of the booking was very easy and effective and the band was absolutely delightful and set just the right tone for the start of the party in the late afternoon sunshine.

I needed a band for a wedding and didn't have much time. 9 weeks. We had the marquee and a barrel of local ale so all that was left was a band. The church and flowers sort of took care of themselves. Having tried a few leads from friends and friends of friends it seemed most decent bands were booked up, May being a popular month for weddings and all. I came across Knees Up after a fair amount of googling and found a band, the fabulous Supershakers, who were available. Booking was easy. They turned up and smashed it. The guests went wild with one souped up Scot ripping off his shirt to the horror of an elderly aunt, and I suspect the Supershakers. Great fun. Full marks to Knees Up, a great service.

Knees Up helped take the stress out of booking the entertainment for my Uncle's 65th birthday party. They have a wide range of acts on their easy-to-use website, which meant I could book both a band and a DJ to cater for the wide range of ages and tastes. The team are also very friendly and helpful and once I had booked the acts I could relax knowing they were taking care of all the details. The party was a success and the entertainment was fantastic; thanks, Knees Up, it wouldn't have been nearly as much fun without your help!

Knees Up provided live music for my mums 60th. Great entertainment and value for money. I highly recommend.

We hired Strange as Folk, a bluegrass band, through Knees Up and they were excellent. The band were friendly, on time and played for much longer than we anticipated, their music was excellent! The booking process was really good too, Knees Up are really friendly and helpful, we'd definitely recommend them to everyone!
