I had a problem with a knife I purchased so I contacted customer support through email. I received a fast reply and Heather assisted me with my questions etc., regarding an exchange I wished to make. Heather was wonderful to deal with and quickly helped to resolve my problem. The service was fast, kind and really outstanding! I will continue to be a loyal customer of The Knife Center!

This is my 5th knife from here, each experience has been flawless so far.

I’ve emailed this company on three separate occasions over the course of several months asking if they offer a discount for veterans. They never responded to any of my emails. They straight up, ignored me three different times! Then I called them to ask if they offer discounts to veterans, and they rudely replied that they do not. I will not support this company since they do not support the troops that enable them to do business safely in the USA. It’s a pity that a company, so Big has such little empathy for supporting veterans. I’m going to tell everyone I know about this And get all my buddies in the service to stop buying from this soulless corporation.

I placed an order at 9:36 pm on Saturday and sent an email on Sunday stating I would like to add an additional item.

I called first thing Monday morning as well and was told that my order was already processed even though a business day has not passed.

This is rather frustrating and working at several fulfillment centers in my life it makes no sense either. I asked if I could be given some sort of free shipping code considering that an item could not be added to the current order and was denied that as well.

This will be my first and last purchase from knifecenter. I will get the additional part I need elsewhere even if it is more expensive.

I have bought a few knives from the Knife Center and have always been pleased with their service even if I returned one. Theyn are always prompt in their attention to your orders.

Quick checkout, nice organized layout, honest (unfiltered/non-faked) reviews, nice prices, general good experience.

Knife Center has superb customer service and a great selection of cutlery at fair pricing.

Knife center has it all. Inventory, fast shipping and best of all great customer service. Rewards program is the cherry on top!

The first being the KnifeCenter for their excellent customer service, within a week of ordering the knife, it was in my hand; the second being Kershaw for the exquisitely crafted knife. My experience was totally five star. Pictures do not do this blade justice - it is so beautifully constructed, the action is so precise, I just can't stop to rave about this product, I'm a total believer!

I recently made a purchase and was not given the option for faster shipping, other than that you guys are awesome. I spoke to Rachel in customer service and she was able to add a faster shipping rate for me, thank you, Mike

You had my knife in stock, confirmed it, shipped it out right away and I got it…along with a gift paring knife. With all of the scams out there it’s nice to deal with a reputable company. Before I made the order I called Kershaw and they said you were a legitimate dealer.

I ordered a Spyderco Paysan a full 18 months ago. Spyderco werent making them. They just did a new run, and 18 months later, Knifecenter fulfilled my order at the price from 2021 - amazing. I didnt expect to ever get the knife ,let alone at 80$ below current list price. Great service, very appreciative, thank you.

A Military Discount or Free Shipping would be Great if it was offered. Other Companies Provide for a Discount. Would you consider doing so? Would like the possibility and would keep coming back and also Pass the name along!
