Placed a phone order that I needed shipped overnight. Item arrived on time as promised with very reasonable cost for Next Day Air service. Customer service was excellent as always. You really can’t top Knife Center.

Had an issue with USPS leaving my package in limbo at a major hub, after receiving a “sorry not my problem” response from the local post office and no luck filing a complaint online I emailed KnifeCenter asking if they could help. Received a prompt response, they reached out to their rep at USPS and had it on my doorstep in short order. Raych was professional and friendly and resolution was quick and satisfactory. This is how customer service is done l.

It was really easy getting what I wanted and shipping was very quick as well. I did have an issue with a knife but the issue was sorted out very swiftly. I emailed the team and how a response back the same day and was offered a replacement as well as a prepaid label to ship the knife in question back. Overall great customer service and professional business procedure.

I have been buying knives from this store for a long time, I am very pleased with the fast delivery and the points accumulation program. A couple of days ago I encountered a product problem that was solved very quickly and efficiently, I don’t remember when someone else solved a problem so quickly. Any shop can provide good products and pricing. What makes for a GREAT experience is the service provided when needed. Knife Center customer service (thank you, Heather!) went above and beyond when I needed help with a small order that was lost by USPS. I got nothing from USPS, while Knife Center gave me fast, courteous, attentive, service. I very highly recommend Knife Center.

I asked Knife Center to check my order for blade centering and fit and finish, since I've had some quality issues with Case in the past. My new Sod Buster arrived yesterday and it was obvious that it had been given a thorough once over, oiled and maybe even sharpened; the overall fit and finish are excellent. It's not an expensive knife, but they still took the time to make sure everything was right. That was very important to me.

This is truly exceptional customer service, and will go a long way to ensuring my loyalty to your company.

Between the youtube channel, and the customer service (rarely have snags, but when those do occur, they always take care of it in a friendly, professional manner), I really don't buy knives anywhere else. Less of a price issue, and more of an overall experience (though their prices are always in-line with competitors in my experience)

I wish it was easier to see how many points I have accrued. And I wish it was easy to add to order.

The Knife Center is THE most responsive and comprehensive company with whom I have ever dealt, either in person or online. They have the closest to complete inventory and the best customer service of any company I have dealt with on line. I have recommended them to many of my friends and will continue to do so.

I tried to use 10 doller rewards and would not work. What do we do about that?

Ordered many times from KnifeCenter and have NEVER been disappointed with either the product or the process to return it if it just wasn't a good fit.
