This is a very good company
Andras Havas: This is a very good company. Always punctual and has very good discounts. I have ordered about 10 products over the years and there never was any problem, let it be late delivery, or damaged box or bad product. You get what you see and what you pay for. Overall a top company that should serve as an example to many other companies where I live.. In this case, the BUYER comes FIRST!

Not taking responsibility for pricing
I ordered a knife at a very discounted price (still not faulty price though, -64%). Waited 2 months as it was difficult to source. Then my order was cancelled due to "incorrect price". No, incorrect price is if it was listed for free or close.
Started a conversation with the customer service and the best I was offered is a 10% discount for a future purchase... I waited two months to not get a knife because they made a mistake? Oh, and I'm still waiting for the reimbursement...
