You think you would have to try to be this bad
I recommend going anywhere, but here.
1) Went to check out 2 different Subaru's (Electric and the Crosstrek).
2) Subaru also had a "Test drive and get a $50 Visa gift card"
3) The sales person was more interested in talking about his personal live instead of answering questions about the car. This dragged on so long it started to cut into another prior appointment.
4) When we told him we had another appointment to get to his response was "Where are you going? I want to know. I want to know you aren't just blowing me off"
5) When asked about the test drive gift card he ignored us and demanded to know the nature of our appointment again.
6) When we brought this up to the manager later he said he would mail out the visa (this was in October). It never came. We followed up and he stated Dec 15 latest. It's Dec 25 already and nothing.
Avoid this place, it's not worth it at all. I had a much better experience and actually purchased my Subaru in Sacramento. They went the extra mile and then some after hearing about my bad experience and made the sale.
