Ordered fibreglass wings for r34 to ireland, wings came in good time, but they were cracked trough in 5 places when i contacted them they said nothing they could do for me apart from refund my postage cost (€20) 2 months later i still havent got that money
I purchased a Nissan Skyline R34 Superior Carbon Spoiler blade from Knight Racer on 14th April 2019 - when this was delivered on 12th July, the unit was in a state of disrepair with corrosion and missing parts evident.
I requested immediate uplift and refund from Knight Racer the same day - however after months of promising to pick up the defective unit and no-shows from couriers, I ended up having to raise a paypal claim with Knight Racer and had to pay to return the item to them on the 20th August 2019.
In summary. I spent £300 on a car part that was supposed to be brand new.
It arrived 2 months later and was not brand new, it was both used & defective.
I had to pay to return the item to knight racer out of my own pocket.
I only received a refund for the original £300.
if you like being royally messed around, knight racer are the automotive part outlet for you. I would never recommend them to anyone. Ever.
