Absolutely fantastic company

Absolutely fantastic company. I currently have ad campaigns running at 3 of their venues in the UK and are negotiating expansion into the US. Everything is overdelivered so far. Attention to detail is great. ROI + 11% to date.

Avoid anything to do with this company

I worked for this company a few years back ,I was actually between contracts at the time as in normal circumstances I'm self employed .I only could only stand it for 2 weeks and that was long enough .
Speaking as Network and AV Engineer ,with over 20 years experience ,my role was to fault fix a lot of their legacy media installs ,that were very poorly installed in the first place .
Without going to much into the tech side of things ,if a monitor (screen) hasn't been configured correctly to either a PC or Router there will be no connectivity (digital handshake) .This was explained to one of their (girls) who I believe is known as Beth Harrison. Clearly she has no technical knowledge etc .And spoke in a very aggressive and arrogant manner
They also tried to bang me out of around £1300 which I nearly had to take them to court over .
My point is -if this is how they treat their employees isn't it any wonder their customer relations are so poor.

Essentially they are a very small media company in a very large pond .So there are many different options available to customers .

Like many have previously stated one to avoid

Biggest con artists I think I have ever dealt with

We agreed to look at advertising our business with Knightsbridge and they sent a salesman to us. We agreed a number of different screens and were told it was a 2 year contract and the payment schedule.

Not long after we signed up, one of the places we were to be advertised on advised us they no longer used Knightsbridge due to poor service and complaints from other businesses. Knightsbridge knew this at the time yet still signed us up.
They didn’t advertised us on boards that they had agreed to, only on complaining did it get updated. I kept calling and complaining and said at the time it was a very poor service and we wouldn’t be renewing.

Fast forward to this year and they have asked us to pay MORE money due to a small print clause stating we had to cancel in writing. This was not pointed out at any time when we signed up OR when we notified them over the phone that we wouldn’t be renewing.
They have not advertised us at all in over a year, they fail to provide the data and it’s only recently we have been advertised again since highlighting this in a way they can say that they have (even though it was an old address they had from 2021 and we have moved premises).

The business is very poorly run, poor communication, they do not deliver what they promise and then threaten legal action on small businesses when they refuse to pay due to Knightsbridge not upholding their contract.

I’m not surprised reading other reviews that they have the same experience. To be honest, it’s so poor for a business to operate like this. I would avoid at all costs.

what a con

what a con
we spoke to our representative who agreed a 2 year deal, our paperwork shows a 2 year deal - yet Beth Knightsbridge has now highlighted a clause - number 21, because i didnt send notice by registered post, and where she feels i should now pay a further £1000 for a completely rubbish service - no wonder its a 100% 1 star rating

Terrible company!! PLEASE AVOID!

Terrible company!!! Overpromised and under delivered.

We terminated our contract as the advertising screens were behind clothes rails, not working or in areas where people wouldn't see the screens.

The 'best there is' designer/animator didn't do the initial design, despite us being told he would, the junior did. After complaining about that, the master designer used a different off-the-shelf template animation they didn't relate to our brand.

After complaining about the location and placement of the screens, not enough was done to rectify the issue and we chose to terminate our dealings with Knightsbridge. They are now threatening us with legal action...

Honestly, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! You'd be better spending your money on Facebook boosts or Google ads etc, then at least you may get seen!
