I got my Dishie order quickly, no problems. I love that yarn for the cotton shopping bags I make.

The shipping is always fast considering it is crossing the border. I've never had any issues receiving my orders and as always the products are amazing!

I think your selection, pricing, and quality seems good! Your website is easy to use, and I like being able to save to a wishlist. The frequent discounts are nice too. My only complaint is that your shipping process is inefficient; I’ve ordered twice now and both times the standard shipping goes through DHL and is then picked up by USPS, and it all takes over a week to send something from a warehouse in Columbus to me in Buffalo, maybe four hours away. I don’t know anything about business logistics, but it seems to me that shipping directly through USPS, if possible, would get things to people faster. Other than that though, I’m very happy with KnitPicks!

I live Knit Picks and buy all my supplies there. It’s just hard when shipping time is so slow. I placed an order 3 weeks ago and am still waiting… Thai has been the average wait time, which is pretty frustrating especially when I purchased materials to make holiday presents.

Delivery time was quite a while, being shipped and held in the US for quite a while, however I acknowledge this had nothing to do with KnitPicks, and everything to do with international shipping during this pandemic time…

Excellent books that were on Clearance! Excellent bag also on Clearance! Excellent Chart Keeper! Excellent Needle Notions Kit that came in a nice zippered pouch with useful tools! Couldn't have asked for a better shopping experience.

Knitpicks is my go to place for well made yarns and yarn needles\hooks. Knitting kits are a lot of fun - These are like mitten kits or hats or scarf kits. Nothing is missing in this kits so it is just knit and go. You can get just the pattern too. The prices are fair for what you get. 5 stars.
