I always get excellent service and products from Knit Picks! I recently ordered the wrong yarn for a project and called immediately and they were able and willing to help me switch the order and get the correct yarn. Super friendly staff and I never have any issues with the yarn or needles I have purchased from them.

Very good easy to use, delivered as promised.
Very good, nice products as ordered. Easy to use website. Order was dispatched within a couple of days as promised at the time off ordering. It came from America so I didn’t expect to receive it overnight. There wasn’t an estimated delivery date stated which I would have liked to have, but that’s not really a problem. Would order again.
