We have had brilliant service from Knotweed Services who surveyed a property that we are in the process of buying and provided peace of mind that there is no JKW there. Elle Walton who organised the survey was very helpful.

Provided a free survey with comprehensive report within a couple of days of contacting them. Very accommodating as the property was empty and arrangements needed to be made for access. Excellent service!

Friendly and efficient staff. The whole process of removing Knotweed from the premises was made much easier due to their care for our needs. Would definitely recommend, even if it's just sending a photo if you THINK you may have Knotweed, their team will have a look and let you know the best course of action!

The team at Knotweed services have been great helping us when we recently had an infestation found during a survey. Really friendly and helpful team, Clare in the office and Peter that came out to assess and treat the infestation were brilliant and very quick at getting the problem under control.

Selling my home and Knotweed showed up in the buyers survey. I emailed Knotweed Services on the Saturday morning and Lorraine called me 1st thing Monday. Not only did she set my mind at rest she also arranged for the surveyor to call the same week and I had all the documentation by the following week. Lorraine has been on the end of the phone every time I have had a query and so supportive. I would highly recommend this business for their customer service and professionalism.

This company is brilliant. Their professional approach scores the highest marks on site, where they deal with the knotweed problem, but also in their efficient office and paper work. I recommend them without any reservation.

Could not be sure that I had Knotweed. After speaking to Lorraine Hicks she asked me to send some photos of the plant growing in my garden. This was done and in a short space of time, received confirmation that the plant was not Knotweed. Great service.

I would reccomend this company to anyone who thinks they may hav Japanese Knotweed they have been there for me from start to finish with my house sale.
