Terrible experience with customer service of KNVB shop. I bought 2 t-shirts that I returned because too small. They didn't accept the return because they said I had used them, WHICH IS NOT TRUE. I call twice asking for explanation and they always responded they'd call me back but it didn't happen. Now they don't even answer the phone anymore. I'm very disappointed
