Service client désastreux et totalement inexistant.
Commande non conforme : je n’ai pas reçu les bons stickers.
Malgré plusieurs tentatives de contact (site, e-mail, Instagram, Facebook), aucune réponse. Silence total.
Pire encore, ils m’ont tout simplement bloqué pour éviter d’assumer leurs erreurs.
Comportement inacceptable et peu professionnel.

Am 26.10.25 Autosticker in F1 Team Look bestellt und erst am 20.11.25 angekommen da erste Bestellung leider am Postweg verloren gegangen ist.
Danach auch noch kleines Problem bei einem Buchstaben die Folie gelöst (optische Sache).
Positiv dafür eine zweite kostenlose Lieferung bekommen um es auszutauschen.
Sehr hilfsbereit und optisch sieht es am Auto top aus und Preis / Leistung absolut o.k.
Würde wieder kaufen.
❌Am 20.07.253 Aufkleber fürs Auto bestellt (einmal fürs Heck, 2 auf Fensterscheibe rechts & links). Am
01.08.25 Reklamationsemail geschickt, weil nur 2 von 3 Aufklebern einwandfrei waren. Auf einmal Aufkleber hat einfach der i-Strich gefehlt, somit völlig unbrauchbar.
Daraufhin kamen 2 neue Aufkleber, wo auf beiden der i-Punkt gefehlt hat. Nochmal reklamiert und 2-3 mal erinnert, aber immer noch keine Rückmeldung. Hab sogar auf deren Instagramseite geschrieben und Bilder geschickt. Richtige Frechheit. Hab jetzt nur einen Aufkleber am Heck angebracht, weil wenn nur auf der einen Seite der Fensterscheibe einer drauf ist, ist blöd. Nie wieder! Lasse sowas nur noch im eigenen Wohnort machen. Da hat man wenigstens immer einen Ansprechpartner und wird nicht ignoriert.
