Some sachets do not HEAT; good feedback from KOBAYASHI

I do not have the best experience with KOBAYASHI Healthcare Europe products. Recently, I have got several boxes of 24h Cura-Heat pain relief heat patches. In the first 2 boxes, one sachet in the first box and after that two sachets in the second box have not become hot at all! consequently not effective for pain.
PS I have received appologies and replacement for my deffective sachets from the Company! All well!

I have severe endometriosis and…

I have severe endometriosis and purchased the ‘period pain relief patches’. They don’t generate any heat at all, not even a tiny bit of warmth.
Complete and utter waste of money and let me down when I needed some pain relief most.
Weird how the product marketed towards women doesn’t work at all but the patches marketed towards men work very well.
Don’t waste money on the pink boxes just but the black box ones as they’re the only ones that get warm!
Really annoyed as I stupidly purchased 6 boxes of the women’s ones and now stuck with a load that are completely and utterly useless!!

Waste of money

I brought cura heat pads for shoulder and back pain, I was really looking forward to some pain relief. I was so disappointed with this product.
I followed the instructions on the package placing the pad over a light T-shirt, I waited and waited but nothing, I placed my hand on the pad and I could barely feel anything, Lukewarm would be a generous statement, I left it on for several hours hoping for something to happen, but what a waste of money! It should be called lukewarm pads as it admitted little to no heat whatsoever and made no difference to my pain levels,I would of got more relief from a wet Teabag.
Don’t waste your money
No response from emails I sent to them

Cur-a-heat pads

Cur-a-heat pads
What a very expensive, total and utter waste of time they are.
Got sciatic nerve pain, so I bought some of these pads, and put one on, it promptly fell off, stuck it on with gaffer tape, very elegant,it heated up to what I would call "vaguely warm" and at that temperature it stayed.
The next day I tried another one , exactly the same result, they are very expensive, considering the sole contents are activated charcoal and iron filings, the price they charge you would think it was gold filings. E mailed them to complain, guess what, NO REPLY, what a surprise. The expiry date was 2020
As I stated, a very expensive, total and utter waste of time and money, go for Chinese herbal pads at a fraction of the cost, AND hot.
Please please don't bother with this rip off rubbish.
p.s wasn,t Kobyashi, the chinese clerk in "The usual Suspects" he was a robber too!!

One time use only

Stood in Boots for ages reading all the small print on the exterior pack of this cold ice pack. The saleswoman in Boots also read everything and we both believed that this product was re-useable as there was nothing to the contrary on the packaging.
Opened the pack after purchase to see new instructions including "Discard after use" clearly marked for the first time. There is no way to see this until this company has your money.
This company clearly has no integrity at all, lying to customers and having no ecological ethos at all.
