I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kieran and the team at Kobocrete. We were looking for an elegant yet robust new surface for the worktops on our outdoor kitchen when we came across Kobocrete. From the initial contact through drawings and to installation the service was quick and reliable and the finished polished concrete surfaces are beautiful. Thank you.

We visited many places before visiting Fran and Kieran at Kobocrete and after they showed us some of their products we decided rather quickly their product was the once for us.

We needed 24 pieces created for window cills and garage coping stones. They sent us photos before they shipped the items, and some were damaged in transit - they fixed and resent fairly quickly. They also were very helpful when a builder damaged one of the cills sending out a repair kit for us.

We received professional, friendly and helpful from Kieran and his wife when we placed our recent order for replacement pier caps for an existing brick wall. There was a good choice, the options explained to us and our order placed. It was delivered on time. Highly recommended. Placed my order and everything seemed to go well even got confirmation of the order and a txt to tell me I would be getting details of my delivery. Sadly this is where it went radidly downhill. The next day I was advised that they could not deliver to me as I lived in Scotland, No explanation. The fact that distances did not play any part, they could deliver to places just as far away in England, it was just a post code lottery. At least they refunded my money quickly.

The service and advice from the team was great. The products themselves (garden furniture and parasol) were also first rate and far superior than a lot we had seen a garden centres.

I had couple of minor problems with the Old York circular patio kit, these I must stress were transportation/packaging issue's rather than manufacturing, which were delt with very promptly by Beverley.

I’ve had such a pleasant experience ordering some garden slabs from Kobocrete.

I initially messaged Kobocrete on Instagram asking if they do samples of garden slabs. (We previously ordered garden slabs from another company and were awaiting more of these slabs but the company went bust and we had such a stressful time with this company). Kobocrete were super helpful with this and actually sent us a sample for free which was very generous!

We only ordered a pallet of 60 slabs on Sunday 31st March and they came today on Friday 5th April!!! Super impressed with this as the previous company we used took well over 4 weeks to arrive!!

I will certainly be using Kobocrete again in the future should I need any other garden slabs, and I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family. Thank you :-)

Kieran & Fran couldn't have been more helpful in the design stage of our commission for a bespoke concrete table. They spent lots of time & effort to design a finish that met our aspirations & capture our vision. They kept us informed at each stage of the process, with pictures of samples, to make sure they where on track, with the desired effect. When the table arrived it exceeded our expectations.

We have been absolutely delighted with our Nova outdoor corner sofa and dining set with firepit. We are coming up to 1 year of ownership now and looking forward to our second summer. It gives us a great reason to get into the garden and enjoy it. Great quality and price too. Kobo were excellent with prompt delivery and aftercare when I needed a little assembly advice. Kobo will be our first stop for any future garden furniture/outdoor living needs.
