Horrible service and not trustworthy

Horrible service and not trustworthy. They came quickly when I called them, told me that our freezer needs gas- charged me 400 Euro and told me that the repair is under warranty. I waited 2 days hoping my freezer will get back to work. It did not budge. I tried to call them several times to no avail. Left messages. Then I decided to write them emails. They respond late in one or two words and I don't hear from them afterwards. No appointment when they may come etc..Basically I lost 400 Euro and I am extremely dissapointed that I trusted them. DO NOT CALL them as you will be dissapointed.
