I bought a similar item online from another supplier which I claimed and got a refund on. The other supplier advertised their product with misleading and totally wrong information. Kogan's product was exactly as described and was delivered within a couple of days.

Kogan.com stole my mattress

I bought a four piece pine wood outdoor lounge set, and to put it politely, my experience was dog shit awful. Firstly, the item arrived without all it's parts so I couldn't put it together.whwb I tried to make the beta of the situation and put together part of it, I discovered it was poor quality with pegs snapping during the construction process. The kogan team kindly offered me a full refund on return of the ite;however, when their courier came to pick up the neatly packaged and labelled item while I was at work, they accidentally took a new mattress without labelling or correct packaging that had been delivered that morning (at great expense and meaning I could finally stop sleeping on a camping mat). When I requested the return of the incorrectly taken item, the team were very polite, but they couldn't ascertain that was what had happened or return the item with any speed. I am still waiting for its return...

Very happy with Kogan Mobile.

We bought 2x Kogan Mobile light rechages. We saved $50 between the 2 of us for a 12 month plan. We have been with Kogan Mobile for many years and nothing else come close for value. It was simple to buy the recharge codes and then activate them a day before the previous plan expired. Not great for roaming, but we tend to get local SIMs when we travel anyway.

False advertisement - Wrong product received - No help

I received a product that was different than what was advertised. As shown in my order confirmation and invoice, I ordered "ASUS ROG Ally Ryzen Z1 Extreme Handheld Gaming Console (512GB) - Factory Refurbished" and what I received was an older device with a different, inferior processor that as per the manufacturer's base price for the models, was worth $150 USD less than the model I ordered.
I contacted the seller immediately and was told it would be resolved asap and that I would hear from them. I continued to get in touch every day to try to resolve the situation, exhausting every possible way such as webchat, emails and social media, only to always receive the same generic reply and no updates on the ticket opened.
One day I noticed the listing I had bought has been updated to reflect the product I actually received. When talking to the CSA on their web chat I brought this up and was told that the product I received was in line with the listing, so they didn't find any issues. This was later admitted as a mistake by another agent but no updates on the case.
I have sent many emails, wrote to their Instagram account and requested a supervisor to try to solve this case, to no avail

I have wasted many hours trying to solve this directly, going on for 15 days now, and have had no luck.

I bought a Kogan replacement remote for a Kogan TV

I bought a Kogan TV for a rental apartment which is OK, certainly not as good as the big brands but didn't expect it either. A tenant lost a remote control so I went online at Kogan website to look for a replacement which was very difficult to find. I asked the AI agent which popped up and asked if i needed help after adding the TV Model, the agent recommended a remote that would suit the TV. I purchased. Well The first one never arrived even though I said it was ordered and delivered so another couple of week and numerous conversations they sent the remote again. Then once recieving the remote it wouldn't work. I contacted them they said it was the correct one and it should work even though no instructions how to pair it, if it even needed pairing etc etc. I queried the purchase asking what the issue was and asked for Further information, sending a picture of the TV, model number and the remote I get a message asking what the remote model number is. i'd assume it's the one that you sent. Then I get asked what the TV model is. I answered the same one that I've sent you twice with pictures then I get a message saying there's a technical difficulty and we can't always get pictures. But could you send more pictures???? Not sure why you asked for them then. I sent further information and told there was further technical difficulties and they couldn't see previous emails. Then lastly i receive an email saying its the wrong remote! What the? 2 months to tell me your agent is wrong and BS about technical difficulties. I check the website today and it still says it correct. There is no one to talk to and asking the same information over and over in the same email trail I believe this is nothing but delayed tactics to try and wear you down so you don't care and just order another one. I won't be buying Kogan again and suggest other people don't either. If its straight forward its OK but if you have a problem its a nightmare. I don't have the time to keep doing this and I'm going to my credit card after two months of emailing meaningful reconciliation and raising a dispute.

Misleading purchase

Purchased a refurbished set of Bose Earbuds. Turns out that it was missing parts and not refurbished, just used.

Created an escalation with the Kogan team and eventually went back and forth for over 2 months (bought 2nd January) before I finally got a refund from my credit card dispute.

Do not recommend buying anything off Kogan even if the prices seem great as you'll have a nightmare if you need any help

@Kogan you should also ban sellers from your marketplace that submit misleading products including Digi Legion whom was unresponsive and dragged out the process for as long as possible. I submitted a request on January 8th, shipped the items back on Feb 18 then spent another 5 weeks waiting for a refund although they said the item was received and I would receive a refund within "5-7 days"
