Fraudulent/dishonest company! Do not use

I placed an order for adapted make-up brushes in February after seeing a positive press article. It was a birthday gift for a relative with special needs. Kohl Kreatives took my money immediately but have not delivered the brushes, and have entirely failed to respond to my numerous emails and contacts via their website. I reached out to Katie Braden PR who is their PR agent but she too failed to respond. There is no telephone number. They seem to be trying to rip off disabled people - just awful.
