Don't bite the hand that feeds you ...

Kokodak Ormiston Town Centre. One of my fave fried chicken places and always served up a decent portion of fabulous Korean fried chicken, so I couldn't wait for them to reopen once restrictions were eased in Auckland. And so, off I went, but horror of horrors, discovered they now weigh each portion of chicken pieces which in itself was not the issue, but the portions have subsequently shrunk by a good 25 - 30% in the process. Still great tasting chicken, but no longer value for money especially since the price has gone up from $13 to $14 at the same time. Shame on you Kokodak, the fight between my wallet and taste buds ended up with my wallet winning. What a shame.
