Dear Koko Rose Boutique,
I returned the Sally Berry High Neck Lace Top Midi Dress from Order #38007 and have contacted you several times by email and via your website chat regarding my refund/exchange, but I have received no response.
Please confirm that you have received my return and advise when my refund or exchange will be processed.
If I do not receive a response within 7 days, I will have no option but to pursue the matter through my card provider by raising a chargeback (or Section 75 if applicable) and report the issue to Trading Standards.
I look forward to your prompt response.

I've been totally understanding regarding Christmas post and New Year's but no response just isn't nice.

Item received promptly after purchase. Extremely poor quality and fitting quite odd!

Returned on early April and received the refund after 4 weeks after chasing. The customer pays for delivery and signed return postage.

Very poor merchandise and service.

My order delivery was delayed so I requested a refund as the item would not be here for the occasion I required it for. I was simply ignored, no refund and now the item has been shipped. Will never purchase from this boutique again.

Just received my delivery from this company Koko Rose Boutique. I got the Tillie cardigan and the Polly Bow velvet dress. They both fit very very well and really good quality and price too. Look forward to wearing them both at the weekend.

I ordered cera colour block navy long line cardigan, which I received 5days later, I wasn’t around for a few days after it was delivered, on opening the package there was a distinct smell of the cardigan, now not sure if this item had been washed or worn, anyway on trying it on one sleeve is shorter than the other, then measured the sleeve from shoulder to shoulder and definitely shorter, now by this stage the 14 days were truly up, I decided the look at reviews and amazed to see very similar reviews, feeling totally annoyed with myself for not checking reviews. Basically in my opinion this garment is not what I would have bought due to this problem, expensive as well I am in Southern Ireland and when money converted expensive I would say. I made no contact with this shop as again 14 days had lapsed.

I ordered some items for my wife's birthday, came within 2 days and all great fit. My wife wanted to keep all of them. Very happy with the shopping experience,

I wish I could give these people 'NO STAR.' They're disgusting and rude!! Ordered two items from them a few months ago and I did not receive them. Reached out to them and they asked me if I wanted to wait or get a refund? I told the refund because it was already 2 months, but they totally ignored my emails after and stop communicating. So I reached out to them via Instagram and they was so rude to me and even went to say if I think that they want my 'little money.' Then got an email later from a lady named Patty saying I'm blocked and I won't be getting my money back. Thank God for my bank who refunded me my money. Do not buy from these people, they are fake and not to mention rude!!

Got 3 items sent to my friend for her birthday. Delivery to Ireland was £5.50 for a courier which is a great price. She kept 2 items and returned one for a refund, which was sorted for us. Coat and jumper was great quality and fit and exactly what she wanted too. I see a review here says delivery was £11..that is not the price at all. I will order again for myself and presents. Just got my order, very happy with service. I order all the time and no problems at all with delivery or returns. 5 stars

Not impressed at all. Ordered a lovely 2 piece was €57 euro and got 10% discount so overall payed €47 including €11.99 shipping. I got over paying the twelve euro shipping but then it took a whole 4 weeks to come when it says it takes 2 weeks. Then when it arrived the skirt is good quality material I will say tat but the way it is made it just awful. I have tried to iron it and everything. When you are paying this much money you don’t want to be ripped off. I have contacted them regarding a refund and they have ignored all emails. On their website it says they don’t issue refunds for Ireland which is illegal. Not impressed at all

I received my dress on the 22nd February. I opened it , it wasn't suitable so I put it straight back into the bag. Tags were attached , return label attached and I went straight to the post office to post it back. ( luckily I have the post office receipt as proof ) . I have messaged them and also emailed to ask them where is my refund but have still not heard anything. The least you would expect is an acknowledgement. Not sure are they waiting for the 14 days to be up to say that " they did not receive it back on time " so they can say it wasn't sent back on time. Customer service is shocking . Avoid . I await my refund .

I use this boutique all the time and love everything about it. Have told all my friends and family about the amazing fashion. 5 stars

This is a shocking company to deal with after I purchased my dress I got a for mail to say dispatched after a few days when I did not receive I started to email and then messaged on media eventually got message to say it was now just after been sent out … didn’t even acknowledge that it was to have been sent out 7 days ago as per their email … shocking service and shocking customer service
