Excellent service from start to finish. Very well done job of having a resin patio laid and smaller grassed area laid in our back garden. Garden was waterlogged before the work and we asked for drainage to be put in once all the clay and failing grass had all been excavated. Drainage in, hardcore in, resin laid and grass renewed. A full clean up after. Particular thanks to Xhindi and Marian who performed the miracle and worked really hard. Also thanks to the rest of the staff we have had contact with, Giles from the sales stall in Trowbridge, Danny the surveyor and Tony the supervisor who were all very polite and knowledgeable. Conservatory and Patio
We had Kola Construction to build a conservatory and upgrade the patio in May. The work quality is excellent especially the patio that naturally link the lawn with the conservatory in a complicated and curved design with two flower beds. We are very happy with the result.
The working teams are excellent and scheduled well that no time was wasted that made the project completed in time, All the working sites are cleared after the completion.
In addition, the after-sales service was very good as well. After this hot summer, the conservatory door was stuck that needed re-adjusting. I contacted Kola Construction in the morning and a visit was arranged afternoon to have this issue sorted.

Resin Drive, Pathway & Garden Patios
Jack of All Trades. Following downsizing, brought back Kola Construction Poole after previous roofing Properla project; this time for resin, front two-entrance drive, pathway and two garden patios. Also needed garden french-drain with soakaway to solve rain-water pooling.
As so often reported, fantastic attitude, communication and aim to please.
Friendly, cheerfull, tidy and very hard working talented teams of workers, always ready and able to do that little bit extra.

Properla wall coating
Kola Construction have completed Properla coating on our 1930s house. The project management was very efficient, they kept us well informed throughout and accommodated our availability. Nick and his assistant arrived at the agreed time, carried out the work tidily and effectively and completed in the week. The new coating looks good and we hope that it will live up to its promises of long lasting protection.

Conservatory Roof Replacement
We had our conservatory roof replaced. From start to finish we had an excellent experience with Kola construction. Lynn gave us advice on how the conversion would be completed. Phil and Jem turned up on the agreed day and completed the job in professional manner, it took 3 days and we were completely happy when the job was completed. We would use Kola again.

2nd time I have used Kola Contruction
They arrive when they say they will, they have sufficient staff to do the work, the work is to a high standard and they clear up at the end.
Completed work in two days which included a resin patio, an artificial lawn laid, created a raised flower bed, filled it with top soil. Previous visit included a large resin driveway, thermal painting of house walls and roof, which has reduced heating bills.
Local neibours have been impressed enough to have also contacted Kola Construction to complete work on their own properties.

Garden makeover including Resin Bound Path and Patio
We recently used the Kola team to complete a rear Garden upgrade, consisting of a Resin Bound pathway and Patio, ground levelling work and a newly laid lawn.
Over the years we have used many contractors and are familiar with most projects and finishes, however had never used Resin Bound before.
With this in mind I took some time to research various contractors and Resin specialists, before deciding on Kola - this based on other customers feedback and importantly, the clarity of bringing our vision to life during the estimate process.
The quote we received was very competitive and the timescales pledged exactly where we would have hoped they could have been.
The team who completed the job were exceptional, they are clearly happy in their work and demonstrate great pride in all they do and despite some shocking weather always managed to always leave the site clean and tidy.
Their craftsmanship and work ethic are both outstanding, arriving exactly when they said they would, keeping us informed of each stage of the process and never leaving anything they had planned for the day, half finished.
As for the project, we could not be more pleased, the end result far exceeds our expectations in every respect. Our Garden has been completely transformed and I have to say I am so pleased to have chosen the Resin finish and of course Kola, it really does look stunning.
In summary, I would not hesitate in recommending Tony and his team.
Within Kola there is clearly a deep rooted desire to deliver exceptional standards of workmanship and customer service in each project they complete, from start to finish and beyond.

Driveway Renovation
The team were very professional, punctual, and courteous. I discussed ideas with them whilst the project was in progress and felt informed throughout the project. Time fortunately was not an issue for me for the project, as poor weather caused some delays, but I was confident that it would be completed when weather allowed. The care taken during the installation of the block pavers was impressive. The team paid attention to every detail and the quality of work has left a positive impression on me. Thank you.
