One of the worst company I have ever…

One of the worst company I have ever used in My entire life. They get one star cause they do answer the Phone. Been waiting 7 days now for the OVERMONTØR to call me and tell me why the elevator is not repaired. And yes, called 5 times now and All 5 times they say that they will leave a message for him to call me. They have a contract, they get paid, but cant get a Phone call to explain why? Its Hard to believe this happens in Danmark!!!

Terrible Service Contract company.

Terrible company to have a service kontrakt with !! They can fix the elevator so I give them 2 stars for that. Problem is, they do not do what they promise. They are supposed to call me every time they come out. Out of the last 10 service called, they only called twice. I then most of the time have to call them to see what status is, and its sometimes they need parts or someone with more experience.. But did they call me to tell me the status. NO !! And late in the day you call, and they try to send vagt out, which is extra cost even though they have a contract and should of come that day.. I sure hope the ejendom I take care of will choose a new elevator company soon !!!

Den lokale KONE elevator er ofte helt…

Den lokale KONE elevator er ofte helt eller delvis defekt.
I øjeblikket er den helt død.
Fejlerne ligner ofte dem, der beskrives i følgende Youtube-video:
