Been looking for new beer and wine chiller for may shop. I been told by Londis and costcutter reps to look into Koolmax as many of their shops uses this company. Got in contact with Waseem. He came back to me with price and information regarding to the chiller I needed.
once i made my decision I told him I would like to get it when possible and withing 2 weeks they installed chiller and very quick. So far there are no issues with chiller and got lot of compliments from my customers.

Do not trust this company. They lie and fabricate information to keep you stringing along..iv had an issue with my freezer and was told your engineer will b there to fix. He came, said it needs parts ordered. I called bk on Monday got told same . Yesterday got told same. Today I get tod is no parts are on order, your out of warranty and we wnt b doing anything. Yet my stock has been limited and some ruined again. This company just lie and have no interest in previous customers. Just new ones they can con more money out off..shocking .don't trust them dont buy from them u will regret. The owner doesn't care abt his customers or what kind of service they provide. These giys are not leaders. They are cowboys .

Shocking& unprofessional customer service , I spent 14 k on my new freezers for my shop , on the delivery day their guy damaged my newly fitted floor , I called and complained to guy (Waseem), I think, He giggled and said "these things happenes'' . It wasn't funny for me though as i has to spend extra £500 to get floor reinstalled .
It didn't stop there , a week later the new freezer broke down, I called them to fix it as It was still under warranty, no one up till now turn out even after numerous calls. Same reply "we are busy at the minute"
