This product was ordered later in the day and was outside our next day cut off time, we tried to process the order quickly to catch the courier however it was too late. Due to the national holiday shut down this was then processed on the next working day (Tuesday). We understand your frustration, and we have found a way to clearly display when deliveries will arrive for orders placed on the run up to national holidays.

£25 for next day deliery that doesnt arrive next day!
Ordered at 1am on 3rd September and chose next day before 10:30am guaranteed so this should of arrived on the 4th Sep before 10:30am. It didnt arrive at all. I had aircon engineers booked in to do a job which they couldnt do because the pump wasnt there. Phoned up three times regarding this and I was suprised for the call to be answered with a "Hello" not a good morning kooltech etc. I was told it was the finance director that answered the phone but that shouldnt really matter. What did matter was they couldnt find my order from my order reference number and each person I spoke too didnt seem to have any information. I requested that I would be refunded for the £25 delivery charge as I didnt receive it next day (let alone by 10:30) As of yet I have not been refunded, I will do a full charge back for the entire order via AMEX if this is not refunded. Sales Order: 0011/00007692 / Reference: WEB6571 / Order Number" 011/103227 maybe if you didnt have three different reference numbers on the orders you would be able to find them easier?
Order now refunded, changed from a 1 star to a 3 star. Still only a 3 star as I shouldnt of had to pursue this to get the refund and I still had two air conditioning guys with a wasted visit.

Dear Rob. You did actually order your goods at 1am on the 2nd September, so you rightly should have received the delivery before 1030am on Thursday 3rd September. I am disappointed that this did not happen. You received your goods a day late before 1030am on Friday 4th September. I followed up regards refunding the £25 delivery charge and I can confirm a credit for the delivery charges has been raised and the refund will soon show on your card. Once again we apologise for any inconvenience and we take note of this occurrence and we will strive to further improve our service levels.
