Bad delivery and customer service
The product is fine, but charging for home delivery and bringing the order to pick up point instead is poor customer focus! I am disappointed and will not order from this store again!
Update: I was sitting at home all day long waiting for the delivery, there were no attempts to deliver it to me. I would like to know the reason why they refused to deliver it to my home.

I am sorry to hear that you had to collect your parcel from a collection point.
You cannot choose home delivery only. Our delivery drivers may choose a collection point if they are unable to deliver the parcel to your home.
If you want the parcel delivered to your home, you can choose to pay afterwards, with Billink. That way, the parcel can only be delivered to your home. They will make two attempts to do so. After that, your parcel will be returned. So it is very important that you are at home at the time of delivery.

Annoyed to hear that your parcel has been delayed, and that you apparently experience this more often with PostNL. We often have good experiences with PostNL, but of course that doesn't help you.
I can tell you, though, that we can also ship with DHL. In time, you can pick DHL or PostNL via the website. So if you want your package deliverd by DHL let customer service know before ordering.
Sorry for the delay. I see that the parcel was indeed delivered on Monday.
