Reliable
I make purchases from there, for years. Reliable shop. Even now that there was a problem with 3 types of gym equipment I bought, after a quick examination they changed them the same day.
Also a large variety of ANKER products at the best possible price.
Very kind staff

I was looking for a Anker Power Atom PD 4 and found it in a store in Greece. Said and done I ordered it and a bunch of cables. Rather quickly I got a message that I had ordered a cable that was out of stock with a suggestion of a replacement. After some discussion on other possible replacement we settled on a replacement and i got a price reduction + an extra cable for the inconvenience.
To summarize. A bit disappionted that the cable went out of stock but very pleased with the constructive discussion that followed and the end solution to my order.
+ I ordeded it on Friday and had my order on Monday (Sweden)
