Total cheat and kaos
Firstly:
I bought matching (I thought!) towels in small, medium and large. I received my order quickly. The large and the small towels were the same pattern - the medium ones with a different patters.
Secondly:
The quality is VERY poor. They are shown as thick fluffy towels - in reality - they are VERY thin - more like a kitchen towel! Last time I buy something from KopK

Going out of business?
Ordered on 14. December. After the initial auto-generated "we have received your order" notification, I have heard not a word from them - not even a reply to my e-mail inquiry (except an auto-generated "we will get back to you" message.)
Update: They are still in business, but admitted they were snowed under in December. Updated to 2 stars and will go higher if I actually get my goods...

Slow service
Placed an order on the 4th for an item supposedly in stock. Promised 2-4 days delivery, but the package wasn't even sent until the 23rd!
Covid or not, that's just bad.
That's one christmas present no one is getting, and one store I'm never buying from again.

Ordered for pick up in evening and everything was packed and ready the morning after - many Nice Danish products and the selection is actually in stock.

They don't care if you write a bad review about them they still do what they wanti buy something and after be waiting for 2 weeks I ask what it's happening with my item and the only they do it's cancel the order and nothing more how I wish this kind of company dissapear
