Had excellent service from Kirk and Aiden Pattenden when fitting a replacement boiler as well as renewing and re-routing the existing gas pipe-work. They were very efficient, everything was done on time, and in an organized, neat and tidy way. I was very impressed by their friendliness, and the customer comes first attitude.

Things have been a bit difficult for me recently due to an ongoing health issue - which has severely affected my ability to maintain the property I provide to a disabled family member.

Finding a tradesman this competent, helpful and understanding has been an absolute lifesaver.

He gave me a very fair price despite multiple items needing frankly urgent attention (boiler removal/disposal and replacement, extensive repairs to gas fire, flues, fittings etc and an urgently needed gas safety inspection).
Additionally, he was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything up front, answered all my questions patiently and even helped me in arranging an EPC from another company locally.
He also managed to get all that completed arranged, ordered and fully installed within 2 weeks.

Being currently housebound, the fact that he then took the time to email before/after photos and copies of the warranty and gas safety inspection (in addition to the physical items left at the premises) has been an enormous help.

I don't often give such positive reviews (if you don't believe me, look at my profile).
However Kosi Gas has been a pleasure to use, and will definitely be going to Kirk for all my boiler/gas needs going forwards.
