False claims on website
I wasted time researching and reading the information and FAQs on their website before booking because the reality is different than what they promise. I chose this company specifically because their website very clearly promises to deliever “zero excess” full insurance, including CDW and FDW coverage for wheels, glass, underside, and mirrors.
However, the contract provided at pick-up states that the renter is liable for the first €500 in case of damage, and several parts of the car are excluded from coverage. This directly contradicts what is advertised.
The car I received was also very old and did not feel safe. Although I was able to change it with a newer one, the situation caused unnecessary inconvenience during my trip.
When customers choose and book based on clear promises, those terms should be respected. I hope the company decides in the future for honest transparent practices and advertisement that reflects reality so others do not have the same experience.
