I placed an order for a door handle…

I placed an order for a door handle online , from romania

The price was around 70 lei for the handle and 60 lei shipping

Even if the shipping was to much, i still placed the order but without a proper description of the product , it actually did not fit on my door

I emailed the suport asking for a full refund and they asked me to pay for the shipping (the only company i ve heard asking for shipping payment to return a product)

So if i pay 60 lei out of 70 lei i actually lost all my money

Worst company ever!! Do not buy because they will not take your return
