A very kind, loving and sympathetic Healthcare assistant with 18 years of work experience in a hospital. In Thamaga Primary hospital where I'm working every healthcare assistant is rotated in each department every 2 years. Since 2004 when I started working at Thamaga Primary hospital I started working in Out-patient, General ward, Maternity ward, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Supplies, Dental, Records and registry and now I'm working with Covid19 testing and vaccination. In each department I worked as Healthcare assistant. My main role in General ward making sure that when I arrive in the morning I start with dump dusting then prepare for nurses and doctors rounds by emptishing urine bags, changing pads, bathing, toileting, mobilising, changing bed linen, help with feeding, monitoring patients by taking vital signs and document every thing I have done then report to the nurse in charge or keep my documentation safely where only an authorised person can reach them. After the nurses and doctors rounds I have to take patients orders and perform phlebotomy and then transport the specimens to the laboratory. During visiting hours I'm the one who communicate with relatives and report any help they need that is beyond me to the nurse in charge. When my shift is over I have to wait for other healthcare assistant who will be taking over and give the report.

Throughout my time at KPI care it has been quite an experience. I loved working for such an amazing agency now I have decided to go for a more permanent role they have supported me with this aswell! Well done Andy!

Working for KPI, I have nothing but praise for how I have been treated as an employee. I have an abundance of shifts offered weekly within travelling range, even though I do not drive.

So far, my experience with KPI Oldham has been splendid. They often meet my expectations to ensure I get the shifts and hours as requested. Most importantly, they are friendly, cordial, proactive and professional. Thanks especially to Shamane and Nathan!

Really KPI is a place to work. I really enjoy working with them. Sammanta and her fellow group are just marvellous. So pleasant and helpful. Nathan and Shamanie are just wonderful. So friendly and cooperative. Respect to their workers is their other name. These group of KPI management are always ready to listen to u and act quickly to assist their staff.They are great listeners. We love KPI. They are just great. I will recommend them every where and any time.

I have always found Samantha dunning to always be there to solve issues as and when they arise, she is a brilliant manager, really enjoy working for her.

I've recently started working with KPI Care and they are the only company that seem to be able to get results consistently. I have so far used them to source Support Workers and Managers during difficult recruitment months. Janine in particular has been amazing and my only reservation in recommending them is that I want them all to myself!
