Being new to recruitment agencies I found Eugen to be very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable regarding my recent induction.

Eugen conducted the briefing for the new position offered through KPI Recruiting. He was very thorough and friendly answering every question raised. I was given a shift the very next day and the days after. He was immediately available on the telephone and helped with a query I had. I very much like the new position I have. I have worked on and off for KPI for several years now at the Crewe office and things have always been smooth and easy. They have work opportunities at all the big firms in the surrounding area and have always been able to give me work and more importantly always pay me my wages on time. From the moment of the easy sign up process the staff have ensured they assisted me with all the criteria needed to ensure available suitable work and satisfactory salary. Any further training available was given and access to full PPE.

The Glasgow office is a complete shambles. Mick and Lee left in the new year. I work part time helping out with the odd shift. Since New year's they haven't had a clue. New year's day I was underpaid, then the clueless wonder argued with me about day rate. I have worked with agencies for 23 years and this is the worst one yet. I have rang to try and resolve the issues several times only to be blanked or they are 'looking into it'. The only thing they will be looking into is the blank screen with no bookings. They have called me multiple times after telling them I work full time to see if I can cover a shift, offering me less money then before. They contradict themselves all the time with 'we are looking into it, and the pay is right!' In the same sentence. The girl that took over left after a few weeks and then some kid took over with zero experience. I am sorry to say this is the state of work agencies now. I am glad I have a full time role otherwise I would be in pulling my hair out. Stay clear!!! You have been ⚠️

As for agencies KPI has to be by far the best. The staff have a lot of dedication and put in a lot of hard work, they are honest and there communication is on point. I cannot thank Sian enough for the respect and patience given, she has been amazing these past 3 months so thank you
