Fake product! They ghosted us!
My friend and I bought two Blackpink lightsticks version 2 and when we got them they didn't work. We have tried to write to Kpopofficel afterwards, then we were told that we could not refund them. They said the only thing they could offer was that we get a 50% refund and then we got to keep them. We tried again and wrote and said we want a 100% refund, but then we couldn't get in touch with them anymore. Vi har så købt dem et helt andet sted og så fand vi ud af at dem de solgte til os var falske. Vi kan stadig ikke komme i kontakt med dem og de har fuldstændig ghosted os. Every time we try and write to them again, our email is always returned without any explanation.
