Con artist!!! DO NOT BUY from this man!!!

After buying a car and having it delivered, I’ll add wasn’t delivered until midnight (red flags) after a week or so we noticed the coolant tank was leaking, my husband contacted pav numerous times and was ignored, eventually after contacting the garage where the mot was done, pav finally contacted saying he has changed his number (something which we later found out as the number is still in use, is a lie) the car was collected and after around 3 weeks of struggling to contact pav, my husband was informed that the pipe would be changed by a mechanic and pressure tested. They came to an agreement of £100 for parts and labour and £80 to deliver the car back to us. The car was dropped back off at 1am Sunday morning (again in the dark so we wouldn’t see the truth) after checking it in the morning, we found pastry crumbs in the car, which weren’t there when we handed it over, also there was £15 of fuel in the tank, the car was returned to us empty. We drove to our local garden centre, so less than a 30 minute drive, returned home and the tank is STILL leaking. I have requested proof that the car was taken to a mechanic to be properly repaired and pressure tested, pav has refused to provide this, as he has clearly fitted the pipe himself, even though he was told in the beginning it was coming from the tank, which resulted in the pipe bursting. Pav is now refusing to deal with the issue or refund extra money he has basically stollen from us for a repair he hasn’t rectified. Pav comes across at first as a nice guy, but as soon as you need a problem correcting, he over talks you and will not let you finish what you are trying to say. I will be taking this matter further and hopefully traders like this will not be allowed to carry on ripping people off from their hard earned cash

My best car deal ever.

Well. Where to start? I’ve just completed by far the best motor car deal of my life, with KPV Car Sales of Northampton, a firm which comes down to just one guy, really, Pav Kapoor. He is the most genuine, straight, amiable, honest, accommodating, eager-to-delight-you car dealer I’ve ever had the pleasure to do business with in my life. A few short days ago he put up for sale the exact used car I’ve been seeking for months at a great price, and it’s a good job I got in with an early call to him, because he pledged first refusal to me over the phone without a penny changing hands and despite being inundated with interested calls over the next twenty-four hours. Because he was short-handed, he then agreed to deliver the car to me in person for only the cost of delivery - a round trip of 550 miles (honestly!) – and would not take any more money from me until I’d seen, driven and expressed my total satisfaction with the car. He also offered me an extremely fair price for my trade-in vehicle without having seen it first, and stuck to the price without haggling when he had sight of it (Is this a “first”?). We exchanged paperwork - which he helped me to complete, throwing in a couple of uncalled-for but welcome extras – and he went on his way, leaving me with the warm feeling of just having done the best deal I could have, and the car of my dreams.
In conventional business jargon, it was complete “customer delight” from start to finish. I want every car dealer in the country to see this review, so they can understand the new standard that Pavel has set for their industry. In fact, I wish all business world-wide would behave like this, because his attitude would rub off on us as customers, we would learn ourselves how to behave in business, and we’d all have much happier lives. Thanks again, Pav.

KPV-They'll do for me.

From initial enquiry to sale KPV were found to be very professional, and helpful in the extreme. I am hard of hearing but even so KPV managed to organise my road tax over the phone. Delivery was arranged, and we were made aware that should we have any issues KPV were at the other end of the phone. I would have no hesitation in recommending KPV cars.

Excellent experience all round!!

Excellent experience all round!!!
From the beginning I was very impressed with the customer service provided, I went to view the car with mixed feelings, however as soon as myself and my partner arrived we were greeted with a very warm welcome (offered hot and cold drinks on arrival) I got to view the car and was very impressed, we were provided with a lot of information on the car, pav then drove to the local shopping centre to show us the car under light so we could see exactly how it looked as it was dark outside, it also gave us a chance to see how the car drives which is excellent, he also drove down the duel carriageway so we could really experience the cars ability. There was nothing pav wouldn’t do to help us, he went through all details such a mot history, fuel usage, and also any small imperfections the car has such as small scuffs (which do not matter to me)
From this I knew I wanted to purchase the car we were welcomed into the office and again asked if we would like any drinks, pav was very thorough with all the details and documentation and helped me with also taxing my car, he also said if there was any problems with the car to contact him and also offered the same to my partner who hadn’t even bought a car off him!!
In conclusion it was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had, such a genuine lovely and helpful guy, I would highly recommend to everyone.
