Non-receipt of order
I have been waiting 2 months for them to send me an order of about 10 1oz silver coins and they have not responded to any of my emails out of about 20-25 I have sent them in that time. I can't even contact them on the phone. SCAMMERS AND DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Never buy from this company
Never buy from this company. I bought a gold coin which was stated 1oz on their website and I received a 3 times smaller one. Then I double-checked this coin on the internet and from this there was no 1oz version issued at all. When I complained to them they just modified the weight on their website and did not answer to my emails. It is very unfortunate that this kind of persons can run a company and they are not in jail.

BEWARE !!!! Think twice before you place an order here !!! I've lost €200 to this "bullion dealer".
The term "SCAM" really comes to mind for me.
Just like mentioned in a review from years ago, the customer service really hasn't improved. Well at least for me.
It's been 7 months now and still haven't received my order which consists of a few silver rounds (which have been in stock this year), nothing special and rare. Tried contacting them but they don't respond to emails... doesn't matter if you send them from your own email or through the "contact" option on their website.
Tried to call many times but I only managed one time to get thru, since the phone is almost never answered. I was told that my order would be send within a few weeks.... but you can already guess where this is going... A "few weeks" have become months now.
This has been a really negative experience where I warn especially NON-Germans from outside Germany to be very cautious if you want to buy for your first time. Better yet... Don't buy something from here if you're a European living outside Germany.
