Appalling customer service.
Appalling customer service.
Sanct Bernhard is very happy to take your money, but products appear late or never.
Emails are sent but replies from them are sporadic and days later.
Regarding missing orders, advice is to "wait another two weeks and contact us if you still don't receive anything.", a month after placing the order!
My opinion is once they have your money they don't care.
I will not be using them again. I ordered from another supplier, which was more economical and received the goods three days later.
