I paid for 2day shipping and the…

I paid for 2day shipping and the product took over 10 days to arrive. Royal Mail survived us badly. Product goes white on stretch, hence lower rating, overall: lovely elastic and i got a customer service response
quick.

Thank you Josh for leaving us a review, I can see on our order details that the order left us the very next morning after you placed it the evening before, unfortunately, it looks like Royal Mail let us down if it took them 10 days to deliver it so I can only apologise for them taking so long.

Colour representation on website

Happy with service - quick and efficient. Also the product itself (folding elastic). However, very disappointed with actual colours ( taupe; candlelight; jade; turquoise; nude).

Items are great quality

Items are great quality, only problem I had was that I ordered 4.5 clips but got the 3.5 ones luckily they won’t come in wrong.
